Identity & Self-Worth
Building unshakeable confidence, spiritual grounding, and a clear sense of who they are and who they are becoming.
Raising the Next Generation
A heart-driven program for girls aged 13–25 to discover identity, develop confidence, and step into leadership.
The Program
This program was born from Barr. Lulu Njoko's deep conviction that every girl deserves access to a mentor, a community, and a vision for her life — regardless of where she comes from or what she has been through.
The mentorship program is open to girls and young women aged 13–25, across Nigeria, from any background, faith, or city. Whether she is a student, a young professional, or simply a girl searching for direction — there is a place for her here.
Participants receive structured mentorship, direct access to Barr. Lulu's guidance, a community of peers walking the same journey, hands-on workshops, and entry into a lifelong alumni network of women who have been shaped by this program.
